The Bride and the Birthday Boy

We've been married one month today! And what a month it's been. In some ways it feels like it all happened yesterday, and in others it feels like so long ago. In the last month, we got a new puppy, celebrated Halloween, traveled to Tucson for Homecoming, used some of our wedding money and gift cards for kitchen appliances and bought a desk for our spare bedroom. All the thank you notes have been written and mailed and most everything wedding related has found a place for safe-keeping. We've poured over pictures multiple times with my Tucson family. So many of the things I was excited about have happened: I've been called Mrs. Kingston, my husband comes home to me in the evenings, we received our marriage certificate, and I've been introduced as his wife. It's been a wonderful month. We celebrated last night with dinner at the restaurant where we went for our first date, The Cheesecake Factory. Mmmmm, delicious.
