I can't believe December is almost here! It's crazy how quickly this whole year has gone by. I'll come back later to do a weekend post covering Thanksgiving, a doggie photo shoot, and a little Christmas shopping, but for now, here's Meal Plan Monday:
Monday: Lemon pepper chicken and asparagus
Tuesday: Italian burgers (Dan looooved them!) with brocolli and cucumber "fries" (Dan's idea - he's so awesome and supportive)
Wednesday: Turkey chili
Thursday: Beef fajitas with black beans
Friday: Leftovers - probably chili

I can't wait to be able to cook again! Until then, no meal plan for me. :( My cookbooks are just aching to be opened. I'll live vicariously through you until then! Can't wait to hear about this doggie photo shoot! Hercules would be a trip at one of those!
