Call it what it is -- you're going drinking, not partying. I think of a party in a literal sense of the word -- a big group of people who are having a good time while in the same area. As in "throwing a party". Whoever came up with that term referring to just getting drunk needs to be punched!<br /><br />There is a woman I work with who always wants to go out and "get loud". I dont' do that anymore. No thank you. I might go out for an hour or two, have dinner and get a drink, but I want to be home at a normal time and also will not be drunk! I don't know what she's thinking.
